Had an amazing stay at this place! The staff made me feel really special, they gave me a surprise gift when they found out I was on my honeymoon! The rooms were so clean and the tatami flooring was new which was great. The location was superb, with everything we needed within walking distance. Not to forget, the staff spoke very good English which made it even easier for us to communicate.

The dinner time slot was a bit inconvenient especially since the last option was at 6:30 pm but the plus side was that we had a private dinner in our room. , the service was very prompt and on time, in fact, they were few minutes in advance, which can be a bit overwhelming if you're late.

The baths, excellent room, unbeatable service, memorable honeymoon, English-speaking staff, new and clean tatami.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The hotel is located in a great area for exploring the city. the staff was friendly and helpful, making recommendations for restaurants in the area. the rooms were clean and had comfortable beds.

Our experience at the hotel was not great. the air conditioner in our room was not working properly, making it uncomfortable to sleep at night.
